Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Freelance Canva & PowerPoint Presentation Designer to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop professional, visually engaging presentations using Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint, tailored to client needs and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with clients and project managers to understand presentation objectives, content, and target audience.

• Transform raw content, data, and complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling visual formats.

• Ensure consistency in design elements, typography, colors, and branding across all presentations.

• Edit and revise presentations based on client feedback and provide timely delivery of final files.

• Stay updated on the latest presentation design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance quality and creativity.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Presentation Designer or Graphic Designer with a focus on Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional presentation designs.

• Proficient in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint, including advanced features like animations, transitions, and templates.

• Excellent eye for design details, layout, typography, and color theory.

• Ability to interpret complex information and present it visually in an engaging way.

• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and teams remotely.

• Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

• Self-motivated and disciplined to work independently in a remote environment.

• Basic understanding of branding and marketing principles is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in designing presentations or similar graphic design work.

• Experience working in a freelance or remote role preferred but not mandatory.

• Experience across multiple industries or business sectors is a bonus.

Working Hours

• This is a freelance/contract position with flexible working hours.

• Ability to manage deadlines and client expectations with a reliable remote work setup is essential.
