Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a talented and creative Web Banner Designer to join our growing digital team on a part-time, remote basis. Key Responsibilities

• Design a variety of web banners (static, animated, interactive) for websites, email campaigns, social media platforms, and advertising purposes.

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign goals and translate them into visually compelling designs.

• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

• Optimize banner designs for responsiveness, load time, and user engagement.

• Revise and update designs based on stakeholder feedback.

• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and relevant.

• Organize and manage design assets for ease of use by other teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects).

• Strong portfolio showcasing web banner designs and other digital media.

• Understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.

• Knowledge of digital marketing and user behavior as it relates to design.

• Ability to take direction, manage feedback, and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic or web design, ideally with a focus on digital marketing assets.

• Freelance or agency experience is a plus.

• Freshers with exceptional portfolios are also encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

• Part-time: 15–20 hours per week

• Flexible schedule, with the ability to meet deadlines and attend occasional virtual meetings as needed

• Remote work across global time zones is supported

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong visual design and aesthetic sensibility

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

• Problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude

• Familiarity with formats for Google Ads, social media ads, and responsive design practices

• Knowledge of HTML5/CSS for banners is a bonus but not required
