Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer de Interfaces Digitais (Digital Interface Designer) to join our fully remote creative team. This role is perfect for a creative thinker with a passion for user-centered design, intuitive digital experiences, and elegant visual execution. You will work closely with product managers, UX researchers, and developers to create intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging digital interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, UI mockups, and visual designs based on user needs and product goals.

• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.

• Maintain consistency in design through the creation of style guides and component libraries.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.

• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies.

• Translate business requirements and user insights into user-centric design solutions.

• Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital interface design work.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.

• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, and layout.

• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Digital Designer, or in a similar role.

• Experience working in remote and cross-functional teams is a plus.

• Previous exposure to Agile/Scrum environments is advantageous.

Working Hours

• This is a remote, full-time position.

• Flexible working hours with availability for team meetings in overlapping time zones (GMT -3 to GMT +2 preferred).
