Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Identity Designer (Freelancer) to join our growing remote team. As a freelance specialist, you will be responsible for creating cohesive brand identities that reflect our clients values, communicate their message, and stand out in the marketplace. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, ideal for experienced designers who are passionate about branding and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual identity systems including logos, color palettes, typography, iconography, and brand style guides.

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal project managers to understand brand objectives and creative requirements.

• Translate briefs into visual concepts and final deliverables that align with brand strategy.

• Ensure consistency across all digital and print brand materials.

• Revise and adapt designs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.

• Deliver high-quality final files, templates, and brand assets in required formats.

• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate fresh, modern design approaches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven portfolio showcasing visual identity design, branding, and related creative projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma or other relevant software.

• Strong understanding of branding principles, visual hierarchy, and typography.

• Ability to present and defend design decisions clearly and effectively.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in branding or visual identity design (freelance or agency).

• Experience working remotely and managing multiple design projects independently is a strong plus.

• Prior experience with international or tech-focused brands is a bonus.

Working Hours

• Must be able to attend virtual meetings and deliver work according to agreed project timelines.
