Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Especialista em Planejamento Estratégico to join our dynamic team remotely. This role is critical to driving the companys long-term growth by developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic initiatives that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive strategic plans that support company goals and market positioning.

• Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of strategic initiatives.

• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops with various departments to align objectives and initiatives.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate insights and progress to stakeholders.

• Track industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

• Support change management processes and assist teams in adapting to strategic shifts.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members involved in strategy projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Masters degree or MBA is highly preferred.

• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in strategic planning, business analysis, or related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Portuguese and English.

• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient with strategic planning software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and data visualization tools.

• High level of autonomy, self-motivation, and adaptability in a remote work environment.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or management consulting, preferably in technology or related industries.

• Experience working remotely and collaborating with virtual teams is an advantage.

• Demonstrated success in driving strategic initiatives that delivered measurable business results.

Working Hours

• Full-time position with flexible working hours to accommodate different time zones.

• Core availability during standard business hours, with some meetings possibly scheduled outside these times to align with global teams.
