Progressive Technology is seeking a creative and skilled Freelancer specializing in 2D animated videos. This role requires a talented animator who can conceptualize, design, and deliver engaging and visually compelling 2D animations for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong artistic sense, proficient technical skills in animation software, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D animated videos based on project briefs and client requirements.

• Develop storyboards, character designs, and animation sequences from scratch or existing templates.

• Collaborate with the creative team to align animations with branding and messaging goals.

• Edit and revise animations based on feedback to ensure client satisfaction.

• Deliver completed projects within agreed timelines and maintain open communication throughout the process.

• Stay updated on the latest animation trends and techniques to continuously enhance video quality.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring consistent quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or related fields.

• Proficiency in animation software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling techniques.

• Ability to create visually appealing characters, backgrounds, and effects.

• Good communication skills in English to understand project requirements and provide updates.

• Portfolio showcasing previous 2D animation work is mandatory.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of video editing and sound integration is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a 2D animator or freelance video animator.

• Experience working remotely and delivering projects independently is highly preferred.

• Experience with diverse project types such as explainer videos, promotional content, educational videos, or social media animations is desirable.
