  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

  • Work closely with stakeholders (clinicians, administrators, product teams) to understand analytical needs and deliver impactful data solutions.

  • Ensure the quality, integrity, and security of healthcare data while adhering to HIPAA and other relevant compliance standards.

  • Build predictive models and use statistical techniques to solve clinical and operational challenges.

🎓 Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in healthcare data analysis and reporting.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

  • Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, ICD-10, CPT codes).
