Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented E-commerce Catalog Executive to join our growing team. This remote-friendly position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for e-commerce, online marketplaces, and product data accuracy. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing product listings on various online platforms, ensuring product content is accurate, engaging, and optimized for visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)

• Write and edit product titles, descriptions, features, and specifications

• Ensure all product information is accurate, consistent, and in line with brand guidelines

• Conduct competitive research and keyword optimization to enhance product discoverability

• Coordinate with design teams to upload relevant images and maintain image standards

• Regularly audit product catalogs and troubleshoot listing issues

• Maintain records of listing status, updates, and errors

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and inventory to ensure catalog accuracy

• Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify listing improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong written communication and content editing skills

• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword usage in product listings

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify

• Attention to detail with a keen eye for formatting and consistency

• Ability to handle a large volume of product data efficiently

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce catalog management or similar roles

• Freshers with strong data handling and Excel skills may also apply

Working Hours

• Full-time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST (Monday to Saturday)

• Flexible remote working options available for qualified candidates

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision

• Basic image editing knowledge (Photoshop/Canva) is a plus
