Progressive Technology is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Appointment Scheduler to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. You will play a vital part in maintaining the smooth flow of communication and ensuring efficient calendar management. Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or scheduling software.
Maintain calendars for internal staff and ensure all appointments are up-to-date.
Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed, ensuring timely communication with all parties.
Coordinate between departments to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Send reminders and follow-ups to clients prior to scheduled appointments.
Document appointment details accurately in the internal system.
Provide timely updates to the management team about scheduling challenges or gaps.
Assist in handling basic client inquiries related to scheduling.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
Comfortable with remote communication tools (Zoom, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
Ability to multitask and prioritize scheduling demands effectively.
A quiet and professional home workspace with reliable internet access.
Previous experience in administrative support, customer service, or scheduling roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
