Job Summary:

Progressive Technology is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Appointment Scheduler to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating appointments and meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, email, or scheduling software.

  • Maintain calendars for internal staff and ensure all appointments are up-to-date.

  • Reschedule or cancel appointments as needed, ensuring timely communication with all parties.

  • Coordinate between departments to avoid scheduling conflicts.

  • Send reminders and follow-ups to clients prior to scheduled appointments.

  • Document appointment details accurately in the internal system.

  • Provide timely updates to the management team about scheduling challenges or gaps.

  • Assist in handling basic client inquiries related to scheduling.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.

  • Comfortable with remote communication tools (Zoom, Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams, etc.).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize scheduling demands effectively.

Experience:
