Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our remote team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping others, delivering exceptional service, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically. As a work-from-home team member, you will play a key part in maintaining our brand reputation by ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving during regular business hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, technical, operations) to address client concerns.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

  • Meet or exceed performance KPIs including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in navigating web-based tools.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.


Experience

  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a customer service, call center, or client support role is preferred.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Shift Timing: Day Shift (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST)

  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Weekends Off)

  • Location: 100% Remote (must have a quiet workspace and stable internet)


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar CRMs).

  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

  • Team player who is self-driven and capable of working independently.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Adaptability to new processes and continuous improvement culture.
