Progressive Technology is actively seeking enthusiastic and articulate Voice Process Executives to join our expanding customer support team. This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity open for both domestic and international voice processes. As a Voice Process Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, ensuring top-notch service delivery across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong ability to manage customer expectations.
Handle inbound and outbound voice calls professionally, providing timely and accurate information.
Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Adhere to process protocols, quality benchmarks, and service-level agreements.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate unresolved issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and issue resolution.
Deliver exceptional service in both domestic and/or international voice support based on assigned process.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and quality targets.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English (additional regional or international languages are a plus).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
Basic computer literacy including email, CRM systems, and MS Office.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
Noise-free environment and reliable internet connection (mandatory for WFH setup).
Must own a laptop/desktop with working headset.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
1–2 years of experience in BPO, call center, or customer support (preferred).
Prior experience in international voice processes will be an added advantage.
Domestic Process: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
International Process: Rotational Shifts (Night shift allowance provided)
6 days a week (Sunday off / rotational weekly off depending on the process)
Understanding of customer service principles and practices
Patience and active listening skills
Cultural sensitivity for handling international customers
Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability
Fluency in at least one regional or international language is a plus
