Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Data Entry Executive to join our expanding remote team. This position is ideal for individuals who possess excellent typing skills and are comfortable working independently from home. The role involves entering, updating, and verifying data in our internal systems and databases with a high degree of accuracy and speed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into internal platforms from various digital and physical sources

  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and completeness

  • Organize and maintain electronic files and documents for easy retrieval

  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to resolve any data discrepancies

  • Ensure compliance with company data privacy and confidentiality policies

  • Meet daily or weekly targets for data entry volume and accuracy

  • Generate periodic reports as required by the department


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer/data-related certifications are a plus

  • Excellent typing speed (minimum 35-45 WPM) with high accuracy

  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal)

  • Familiarity with MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in a data entry, administration, or clerical role

Working Hours
