Progressive Technology is seeking a passionate and experienced Remote Spoken English Trainer to join our dynamic online education team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving learners spoken English communication skills through interactive sessions, practical exercises, and real-time feedback. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one or group spoken English training sessions via online platforms.

• Create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual or group needs, focusing on pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and fluency.

• Assess learners progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their communication goals.

• Use role-play, interactive dialogue, and real-life scenarios to improve learners conversational abilities.

• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.

• Provide regular reports on student performance and suggest areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in language learning and apply best practices in virtual teaching.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching and empowering learners.

• Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit different age groups and skill levels.

• Comfortable working independently and managing your teaching schedule.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spoken English Trainer, ESL/EFL Instructor, or Language Coach (freshers with excellent communication and teaching aptitude are also welcome to apply).

• Experience working with diverse learners from different cultural or professional backgrounds is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible work hours – choose from part-time or full-time slots based on your availability.
