Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and publish daily content on Instagram and Facebook in alignment with brand guidelines.

• Assist in creating visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and carousel graphics using templates or design tools (e.g., Canva).

• Monitor engagement metrics and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, product launches, or seasonal promotions.

• Keep track of trending topics, hashtags, and viral formats to keep content relevant and engaging.

• Maintain an organized content calendar and regularly report on post-performance analytics.

• Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone and audience preferences.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Instagram and Facebook business tools and features.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

• Understanding of audience engagement strategies and content planning.

• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines and follow brand guidelines.

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Freshers with a strong understanding of Instagram/Facebook and a creative eye are encouraged to apply.

• Portfolio or examples of previous social media content (personal or professional) will be an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a minimum commitment of 3–5 hours per day.
