Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand exposure and drive sales.

• Manage relationships with affiliate networks and partners to maximize campaign performance.

• Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze results, and prepare regular reports.

• Create promotional content and resources for affiliates to use (emails, banners, landing pages).

• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and affiliate tools/platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, design) to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

• Respond promptly to affiliate inquiries and provide ongoing support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based marketing principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using online tools such as Google Sheets, email platforms, and social media.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Experience

• No formal experience required; freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome.

• Prior experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or content creation is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible schedule – work at your convenience.

• Minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week recommended.

• As a results-based role, performance and outcomes determine earnings, not fixed hours.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Impact) is advantageous.

• Ability to track KPIs and use basic analytics tools.

• Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or content writing is a bonus.

• A results-oriented mindset with a passion for online revenue generation.
