Key Responsibilities

• Edit, retouch, and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or other professional editing tools.

• Color correct, crop, resize, and adjust lighting and exposure for consistency and quality.

• Apply filters, effects, or manipulations in line with project requirements or branding guidelines.

• Collaborate with clients or creative leads to understand visual expectations and meet brand aesthetics.

• Organize and maintain digital photo archives for quick access and future use.

• Deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines and revise images as requested.

• Stay updated with current editing trends and software improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator).

• Strong portfolio showcasing before/after editing samples.

• Excellent sense of visual composition, detail, and aesthetics.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize deadlines.

• Strong communication skills to interpret briefs and feedback effectively.

• Basic understanding of photo formats, resolution, DPI, and digital optimization.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in photo editing, retouching, or digital imaging (freelance or agency experience accepted).

• Experience working remotely with clients or creative teams is a plus.
