Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual E-commerce Consultant to help businesses optimize their online sales performance. In this remote position, you will collaborate with clients to strategize and implement effective e-commerce solutions across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, and more. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of digital sales channels, consumer behavior, and performance analytics to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert consultation to clients on developing and refining their e-commerce strategies.

• Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities across digital marketplaces.

• Assist in setting up, optimizing, and maintaining online storefronts (Amazon, Shopify, eBay, etc.).

• Recommend tools and technologies for inventory management, customer service, and analytics.

• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to improve product listings and SEO.

• Analyze KPIs and performance data to provide actionable insights and performance reports.

• Guide clients on pricing strategies, product bundling, promotions, and cross-selling techniques.

• Ensure smooth integration of payment gateways, logistics, and CRM systems.

• Stay updated with e-commerce trends and marketplace policy changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and SEO software.

• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.

• Ability to translate data into strategic decisions.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in an e-commerce or digital consulting role.

• Experience working remotely with multiple clients or managing e-commerce projects.

• Experience with both B2B and B2C online selling models is preferred.

Working Hours:

• Flexible remote working hours based on client location and project timelines.

• Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, with optional full-time opportunities.

• Availability for weekly virtual meetings and project check-ins.
