Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a creative, trend-savvy Freelance TikTok Content Curator to join our entertainment-focused media team. In this role, you will be responsible for discovering, selecting, and curating engaging TikTok videos that align with current trends and pop culture. Your curated content will be featured on digital platforms, used in brand campaigns, or highlighted in social media roundups. This is a fully remote, freelance position ideal for someone passionate about viral content, music, pop culture, and all things trending on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover trending TikTok content across different niches including music, comedy, lifestyle, fashion, and entertainment.

• Curate and organize videos for campaigns, social pages, and online media stories.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to align TikTok content with brand messaging and target audience.

• Analyze TikTok trends, hashtag performances, and influencer engagement to stay ahead of viral movements.

• Ensure curated content complies with platform guidelines and copyright regulations.

• Create themed playlists and content categories to drive audience engagement.

• Communicate regularly with team leads to deliver content according to campaign timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and content categories.

• Excellent visual judgment and ability to identify what content will perform well.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of content.

• Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a plus.

• Basic understanding of copyright rules and content usage rights.

• Self-driven with the ability to meet deadlines without supervision.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Experience

• 1+ year experience in content creation, digital media, or social media curation.

• Prior experience working with short-form video platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts is highly desirable.

• Experience in the entertainment industry is a bonus but not required.

Working Hours

• Flexible hours – curate content on your own schedule.

• Expected commitment: 10–25 hours/week depending on availability and project load.

• Must be available for occasional check-ins or virtual team syncs.
