We are hiring a Remote Data Entry Clerk with strong Excel skills to support our back-office data operations. The role involves handling spreadsheets, updating records, organizing data, and working with formulas and functions to manage reports efficiently.
Enter, verify, and organize data into spreadsheets accurately
Create and update Excel reports and trackers
Use basic to intermediate Excel formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, etc.)
Perform data cleansing and formatting
Generate charts or pivot tables when required
Maintain data security and backup protocols
Collaborate with remote team via email or chat
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Good typing speed (40+ WPM preferred)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Fluent in written English
Familiar with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, Google Drive, etc.)
Degree/Diploma preferred but not mandatory with relevant skillset
