Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates to join our dynamic recruitment team as Junior Talent Acquisition Associates. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals, social media, internal databases, and other relevant platforms.

• Screen resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.

• Conduct initial candidate interviews via phone, email, or virtual platforms.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

• Support senior recruiters and HR managers in recruitment drives and hiring campaigns.

• Handle administrative recruitment tasks, including offer letters and onboarding documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

• Strong interest in recruitment and human capital management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn applicant tracking systems.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• No prior experience required. Freshers are welcome.

• Internship or project experience in HR/recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

• Occasional weekend support may be required during high-volume hiring phases.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to learn.

• High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.

• Basic knowledge of job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, or Indeed is advantageous.

• Ability to build rapport with candidates and maintain a professional relationship.
