Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Specialists (Freshers welcome) who are passionate about building a career in sales. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and helping to drive revenue through effective inside sales strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries to generate leads.

  • Present and pitch company services to prospective clients over phone, email, and video calls.

  • Identify customer needs, qualify sales opportunities, and schedule meetings or demos.

  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate records of sales interactions.

  • Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to close leads and achieve targets.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned KPIs including daily call volume, pipeline growth, and conversions.

  • Provide exceptional pre-sales support and resolve client queries in a timely manner.

  • Participate in regular sales training sessions to enhance knowledge and performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (any stream). Final-year students may also apply.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.

  • Confidence in making cold calls and handling objections professionally.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).


Experience

  • No prior experience required. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply.

  • Internship or academic exposure to sales, marketing, or customer service will be considered an added advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-Time: Monday to Saturday

  • Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (IST)

  • Sunday fixed off


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong sense of ownership and result orientation.

  • Understanding of the sales funnel and basic sales lifecycle.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a plus.

  • Ability to stay self-motivated and perform under pressure.

  • Keen attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
