🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, hallways, restrooms, and workspaces

• Dust and wipe surfaces, furniture, windows, and glass partitions

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies

• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly

• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any damages or needs for replacement

• Follow a daily/weekly cleaning schedule as assigned

• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols

• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly

• Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies

• Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and move objects as required

• Attention to detail with a sense of cleanliness and hygiene

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Good time-management and organizational skills

🏅 Experience

• Prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory

• On-the-job training will be provided for freshers

• Experience in cleaning offices, hospitals, schools, or commercial buildings is an added advantage

⏰ Working Hours

• Full-Time: 8 to 10 hours/day

• Shift Timings: Morning / Afternoon / Night Rotational Shifts

• Weekly offs on a rotational basis

• Overtime available as per need and availability
