Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is hiring enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Café Staff for one of our partnered food outlets. This opportunity is ideal for college students, freshers, or individuals looking for flexible part-time work. As a member of the café team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to customers while helping with the day-to-day café operations such as preparing beverages, serving snacks, and maintaining cleanliness. With only 4 working hours per day, this role offers an excellent work-life balance and a supportive environment to learn and grow in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly and courteous attitude.

• Take orders accurately and operate the POS system.

• Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, soft drinks) and light snacks.

• Ensure tables, counters, and serving areas are clean and well-organized.

• Refill stock and maintain inventory in the café area.

• Handle basic customer queries and provide helpful responses.

• Assist in opening and closing duties as required.

• Comply with all food safety and hygiene standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High School education or currently pursuing a degree.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic math and cash-handling skills.

Experience

Working Hours

• 4 hours daily (Morning, Afternoon, or Evening shifts available).

• Flexible scheduling to accommodate students and part-time workers.

• Weekday and weekend shifts available.
