Job Summary

Progressive Technology is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Tester (Work From Home) to join our growing quality assurance team. Key Responsibilities

• Test new and existing applications for bugs, glitches, and user experience issues.

• Write clear and concise bug reports and track them through resolution.

• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other QA team members to improve application quality.

• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved.

• Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements.

• Follow quality assurance best practices and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for software quality.

• Basic understanding of how websites and apps function.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions and document outcomes accurately.

• Willingness to learn testing tools and QA methodologies.

• Familiarity with computers, browsers, and mobile apps.

Experience

• No prior QA or software testing experience is required.

• Freshers and candidates from non-technical backgrounds are welcome.

• Any internship, coursework, or self-learning related to software testing is a plus.

Working Hours

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (training provided).
