Job Summary:

MNC Jobs Info is seeking a talented and self-motivated Full Stack Python Developer with strong expertise in Django and React to join our remote development team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and efficient web applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end web applications using Django (backend) and React (frontend).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.

• Develop APIs and integrate third-party services.

• Optimize components for maximum performance across web-capable devices and browsers.

• Perform code reviews and participate in agile development cycles.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless functionality.

• Maintain high code quality and adhere to development guidelines and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework.

• Solid experience with JavaScript, React.js, and frontend libraries.

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

• Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Version control experience using Git/GitHub.

• Experience with Docker and deployment tools is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Proven portfolio of full stack projects using Django and React.

Working Hours:

• Flexible remote schedule with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST.

• Must be available for sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and urgent issue resolution.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles in web application design.

• Familiarity with testing tools like PyTest, Jest, or Selenium.

• Strong initiative and a willingness to take ownership of projects.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced remote environment and meet tight deadlines.
