Job Summary

MNC Jobs Info is seeking a dynamic and experienced AVP – Agile Scrum Master to join our remote technology leadership team. This role is ideal for a high-impact leader with a proven track record of implementing agile practices across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment. As an Agile Scrum Master at the AVP level, you will not only facilitate agile ceremonies but also mentor teams, influence strategic delivery, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise-level programs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach multiple agile teams on Agile/Scrum principles, ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Drive agile adoption across departments, aligning stakeholders and leadership with agile methodologies.

  • Facilitate all agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and serve as the primary liaison between product, development, and leadership teams.

  • Monitor and report key agile metrics to track team performance and guide continuous improvement.

  • Mentor Product Owners and other team members in agile values, principles, and best practices.

  • Act as a change agent and champion for agile transformation across the organization.

  • Collaborate with Release Train Engineers, Product Managers, and other Scrum Masters to ensure alignment across programs and teams.

  • Support enterprise-scale agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS, and participate in Agile Communities of Practice.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or equivalent).

  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Solid conflict resolution, decision-making, and team-building skills.

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or VersionOne.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is mandatory; SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification preferred.

  • Excellent remote collaboration and stakeholder management skills.


Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in software development and delivery environments.

  • At least 4 years of experience in an Agile Scrum Master role.

  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise or matrixed organizations.

  • Proven track record of agile implementation at the program or portfolio level.


Working Hours

  • Full-time remote role.

  • Standard business hours, with flexibility to accommodate collaboration across different time zones when needed.

  • In-depth knowledge of Agile values, principles, and frameworks.

  • Advanced skills in coaching, mentoring, and conflict management.

  • Ability to drive cultural change and influence at senior leadership levels.
