Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot frameworks.

• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and data processing pipelines.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows software engineering best practices.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues across multiple systems and environments.

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and sprint planning meetings.

• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and security.

• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to backend development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Java (Java 8 or above).

• Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker is a plus.

• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role.

• Proven track record of working on production-grade backend systems.

Working Hours

• Full-time position

• Flexible working hours with core collaboration time between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST

• Fully remote (Work from anywhere)
