Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and commonly used ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas, NumPy).

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning).

• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and version control tools like Git.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, data science, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying machine learning models in a production environment is preferred.

• Experience working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours with a results-driven approach.

• Core collaboration hours: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST (flexible for global collaboration).

• Monday to Friday (Weekend availability only for urgent deliverables).

• Deep knowledge of machine learning principles and practices.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
