Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and internal or third-party applications.

• Configure and customize CRM systems to meet evolving business requirements.

• Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to implement data synchronization strategies.

• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer data across integrated systems.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes and configurations.

• Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve errors or delays.

• Recommend and implement best practices for CRM architecture and integrations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in CRM integration or technical CRM administration.

• Proficient in using CRM APIs (REST/SOAP), webhooks, and middleware tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft).

• Strong understanding of relational databases and data mapping.

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setup.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in CRM integration, automation, or development.

• Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

• Experience integrating CRM systems with marketing, ERP, and customer support platforms is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Flexible remote work schedule.

• Core collaboration hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST (with flexibility based on project needs).

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep technical knowledge of CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.

• Ability to manage end-to-end integration lifecycle (requirements, design, development, deployment, and support).

• High attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Comfortable working with remote tools such as Slack, Zoom, JIRA, and Confluence.
