Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Integration Engineer to join our global remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing robust integrations between Salesforce and various external systems. You will play a critical role in streamlining our digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow and process efficiency across platforms. 🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop secure, scalable, and reliable integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms (e.g., ERP, marketing tools, databases).

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs, business logic, and system constraints.

• Utilize APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.), and custom solutions for data synchronization.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and implement fixes, optimizations, and enhancements.

• Maintain documentation of technical design, data mappings, and deployment procedures.

• Work closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure integrations align with platform configurations.

• Monitor performance and data quality of integrations and propose proactive improvements.

• Support change management and deployment processes using version control and CI/CD tools.

✅ Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce integration projects.

• Proficient in integration tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, Jitterbit, or similar.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API).

• Experience working with middleware, ETL processes, and microservices architecture.

• Proficient in Apex, JavaScript, and scripting languages (Python or Shell is a plus).

• Familiarity with OAuth, SSO, and other authentication/authorization protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

📚 Experience:

• Proven track record in designing and implementing complex Salesforce integrations.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Hands-on experience in global or enterprise-scale Salesforce environments is highly preferred.

⏰ Working Hours:

• Flexible remote work schedule with core collaboration hours between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.

• Occasional evening or early morning calls may be required depending on project needs and time zones.
