Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a results-driven Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in Selenium and Jenkins to join our in-house QA and DevOps team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks to ensure product quality and accelerate deployment cycles. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of building robust testing infrastructures for complex applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts using Selenium (WebDriver, Grid) for web-based applications.

• Integrate test cases into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability and performance.

• Work closely with software developers, DevOps engineers, and QA analysts to resolve issues and improve product quality.

• Collaborate in agile development teams to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality software.

• Perform root cause analysis of failed test cases and fix the broken scripts.

• Generate reports and logs for test execution and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.

• Monitor and optimize test execution time in pipeline environments.

• Ensure traceability and proper documentation of all test cases and automation efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and TestNG/JUnit.

• Experience in implementing Jenkins pipelines for test automation.

• Proficient in one or more scripting languages: Java, Python, or Groovy.

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

• Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.

• Working knowledge of RESTful API testing and tools like Postman or REST Assured.

• Comfortable working in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Automation Testing using Selenium and Jenkins.

• Previous experience in building CI/CD pipelines is highly desirable.

• Experience working in mid-to-large enterprise environments preferred.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Onsite)

• Occasional flexibility required during product releases or sprints.
