Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a seasoned Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructures for our clients. This on-site role involves deep collaboration with enterprise clients across industries, helping them modernize their IT environments, migrate workloads to the cloud, and implement cloud-native solutions that meet evolving business needs.

As a critical member of our client consultation team, you will blend technical expertise with strategic advisory to architect cloud ecosystems across platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Your role will be instrumental in aligning cloud technology with business goals and ensuring best-in-class delivery of cloud services.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with client stakeholders to understand business goals, technical requirements, and challenges.

• Design and architect end-to-end cloud solutions that are secure, cost-effective, and scalable.

• Lead on-site consultations, workshops, and technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients.

• Evaluate existing IT infrastructure and define migration strategies to public, private, or hybrid cloud platforms.

• Collaborate with DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to implement cloud architectures effectively.

• Develop architecture documentation, deployment plans, and technical roadmaps.

• Provide technical leadership during cloud transformation projects and serve as the go-to expert for cloud best practices.

• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are upheld in all proposed solutions.

• Stay updated with the latest cloud trends, certifications, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing cloud-native and hybrid cloud solutions for enterprise-level clients.

• Deep hands-on knowledge of one or more major cloud platforms: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure ARM Templates).

• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, identity & access management (IAM), containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing roles.

• Relevant certifications such as:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

  • Google Professional Cloud Architect

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure or software engineering.

• Minimum 3 years in a Cloud Architect role or similar technical leadership position.

• Prior experience working in a client-facing or consulting role is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in leading full cloud transformation or migration projects.

Working Hours

• Full-time (On-site)

• Standard work week: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Flexibility may be required based on client engagement schedules and project deadlines.

• Occasional travel to client sites may be necessary (travel costs covered by company).

• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate client needs into technical solutions.

• Effective leadership and mentoring skills for guiding technical teams.

• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong documentation and solution articulation skills.

• Awareness of industry compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO, etc.).

• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering best-in-class solutions.
