SysTechCare Support is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our In-House Support Team. You will be responsible for customizing Salesforce applications, developing new solutions, and ensuring maximum efficiency for internal stakeholders. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and declarative tools.

  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform.

  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.

  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure software quality and maintainability.

  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and internal stakeholders to support ongoing CRM enhancements and reporting needs.

  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, custom development, and processes.

  • Provide day-to-day support to end-users and address any system-related issues promptly.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (mandatory).

  • Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

  • Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs or middleware.

  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and deployment practices.

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.


💼 Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer in an enterprise or mid-sized environment.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies is preferred.

  • Prior experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud is an added advantage.


🕓 Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)

  • Occasional availability during off-hours for system updates or emergency support may be required.
