Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Go Developer to join our On-Site Backend Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable backend applications, integrating APIs, and optimizing server-side components using the Go programming language. You will work in a collaborative environment with architects, DevOps engineers, and frontend developers to deliver enterprise-grade solutions across mission-critical platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient and scalable backend applications using Go (Golang).

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support business logic and frontend consumption.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into clean, functional code.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices.

• Optimize application performance, focusing on scalability and reliability.

• Implement unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.

• Identify and troubleshoot issues across application layers.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in backend technologies and Go ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) programming language.

• Solid understanding of concurrency, goroutines, and Gos memory model.

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

• Understanding of microservices architecture and API design.

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.

• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.

• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks and tools like Go Test.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in backend development, with 2+ years of hands-on experience using Go.

• Prior experience working in enterprise environments or large-scale backend infrastructure projects is preferred.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (On-Site)

• Occasional evening or weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines or resolve critical issues.

• Ability to write performance-optimized and scalable code.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
