Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and motivated CRM Integration Engineer to lead and support the end-to-end implementation of CRM systems in an on-premise environment. You will play a pivotal role in integrating CRM platforms with various internal applications and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of CRM integration projects – planning, design, development, deployment, testing, and support.

  • Configure, customize, and deploy CRM solutions (such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, etc.) in on-premise infrastructure.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, sales, and marketing to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Develop APIs, data mappings, workflows, and connectors to integrate CRM with ERP systems, databases, and third-party tools.

  • Monitor data quality and sync issues across systems and provide resolutions proactively.

  • Document technical procedures, configuration guides, and integration protocols.

  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and enterprise architecture guidelines.

  • Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancements post-deployment.

  • Train internal stakeholders on the newly integrated CRM features and functionalities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Hands-on experience in implementing and customizing on-premise CRM platforms.

  • Strong proficiency in integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, data transformation scripts).

  • Sound knowledge of database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and data migration best practices.

  • Familiarity with CRM data models, process flows, and automation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience working on CRM integration projects, preferably in on-premise enterprise environments.

  • Prior experience integrating CRM with ERP, marketing platforms, or helpdesk tools is highly desirable.

  • Exposure to cloud-to-on-prem or hybrid integration scenarios is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

  • Occasional weekend availability based on project rollout schedules.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Deep understanding of CRM architecture and on-prem infrastructure setups.

  • Ability to independently manage complex integration tasks and system troubleshooting.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-paced enterprise environments.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for system optimization and clean integration practices.
