SysTechCare Support is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Kubernetes Administrator to join our in-house Cloud Infrastructure team. This role involves managing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of containerized applications. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps best practices. You will be a key player in shaping and optimizing our container orchestration strategy for mission-critical business systems.
Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters in a secure and reliable manner.
Monitor cluster health, performance, and capacity planning to ensure system reliability.
Automate infrastructure tasks using Helm, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools.
Collaborate with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams to support CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Kubernetes environments and container workloads.
Perform regular security audits, patch management, and system upgrades.
Ensure best practices in networking, storage, and security configurations within Kubernetes.
Document architecture, processes, and procedures related to Kubernetes administration.
Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity planning as related to container infrastructure.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration (K8s Certified Administrator preferred).
Proficiency with containerization technologies (Docker, Podman, etc.).
Experience in managing production workloads in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Solid knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, Helm, and Ansible.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts, pipelines, and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
3–6 years of experience in Linux system administration and Kubernetes ecosystem.
Previous experience managing containerized production environments at scale.
Proven track record in handling cloud-native infrastructure projects.
Full-time, onsite role (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Occasional weekend or after-hours availability for critical deployments and maintenance.
In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and container orchestration.
Ability to design fault-tolerant, secure, and scalable infrastructure.
Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
Clear communicator who can simplify complex infrastructure concepts for various stakeholders.
Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
