Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Automation Engineer – Selenium to join our dynamic Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the high quality of our software products through the development and execution of automated test cases. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to identify testing requirements, report bugs, and verify fixes in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

• Execute and analyze automated tests, report defects, and verify fixes in various environments.

• Build and manage test automation frameworks and continuously enhance testing strategies.

• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality monitoring.

• Conduct performance, regression, and functional testing for web and mobile applications.

• Review and improve existing QA processes, ensuring best practices are followed.

• Document test plans, test cases, test results, and testing progress.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and TestNG or similar automation frameworks.

• Strong experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.

• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and bug lifecycle.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of REST API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured.

• Good knowledge of Agile development practices and version control systems (Git).

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation with a strong focus on Selenium.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Working Hours

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week

• Flexible working hours with core overlap between 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM IST

• Option to work remotely or from one of our global office locations
