Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with proven expertise in Power BI and Tableau to transform complex data into strategic insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing dashboards, generating reports, and providing actionable insights that will drive key business decisions. This role demands a strong command of data visualization, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for uncovering trends from raw data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI and Tableau.

• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into BI solutions.

• Analyze large datasets from multiple sources and provide in-depth insights and recommendations.

• Create automated reports and develop KPIs that align with strategic business goals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, and Marketing to understand data needs.

• Optimize data models and performance for scalability and speed in reporting.

• Ensure data quality and integrity across platforms and tools.

• Stay updated on BI trends, tools, and best practices to recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau (must have portfolio or examples of work).

• Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation.

• Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with Excel, DAX, Python or R (preferred but not mandatory).

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.

Experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated experience developing enterprise-grade dashboards and data visualizations.

• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment or with cross-functional teams is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible hours available based on project needs).

• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required during critical reporting cycles.

• Deep understanding of BI architecture, data governance, and data lifecycle.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
