Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack to join our dynamic engineering team. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining robust web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate is passionate about clean code, modern UI/UX practices, and delivering scalable software solutions that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

• Translate UI/UX wireframes into functional, responsive web interfaces.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and QA engineers to deliver robust solutions.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required by project specifications.

• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.

• Write clean, well-documented, and reusable code using modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Debug and resolve technical issues reported by users or QA team.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks/libraries.

• Solid experience with all four components of the MERN stack:

  • MongoDB (including Mongoose)

  • Express.js

  • React.js (including Hooks, Redux or Context API)

  • Node.js

• Experience in RESTful API design and development.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows (GitHub/GitLab).

• Working knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Firebase is a plus.

• Understanding of security and data protection best practices.

Experience

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Proven track record of deploying full-stack applications to production.

• Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST
