Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic Receptionist – Front Desk Fresher to be the first point of contact for our company. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent graduate or someone looking to begin a professional career in office administration. As a front desk receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and staff. You will handle administrative tasks, phone calls, and basic clerical duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and departments.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.

  • Maintain front desk security by following company procedures (monitor logbooks, issue visitor badges, etc.).

  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support (e.g., filing, photocopying, scheduling appointments).

  • Manage front office supplies inventory and request replenishments when necessary.

  • Assist HR/Admin team with basic tasks as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree is a plus).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic knowledge of using office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Pleasant and professional demeanor.

  • Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome to apply. No prior experience required.

  • Any internship or academic exposure to front office/admin duties will be considered an advantage.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Occasional Saturday availability may be required.

  • Office-based role (not remote).
