Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals for the role of Logistics Trainee – Delivery Operations. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in the fast-paced and ever-evolving logistics and supply chain industry. The selected candidates will be trained in real-time delivery operations, order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and last-mile logistics management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing daily delivery schedules across multiple locations.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff, delivery personnel, and third-party logistics partners.

• Monitor and track delivery statuses in real-time using internal logistics tools.

• Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, incorrect shipments, or missing items.

• Perform quality checks on outgoing orders before dispatch.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatched goods, delivery receipts, and inventory updates.

• Assist in optimizing routes and improving delivery efficiency.

• Support inventory audits and cycle counts at distribution centers.

• Ensure compliance with safety and handling procedures during loading/unloading.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (preferred in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or Business Administration).

• Basic understanding of delivery and supply chain processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or logistics software tools is a plus.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Experience

• Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Prior internship or part-time experience in logistics/supply chain/field operations is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• 6 Days a Week (Rotational Offs)

• General Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Flexibility required during high-demand periods (e.g., festival seasons, bulk deliveries).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Working knowledge of logistics platforms and GPS tracking tools.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain high levels of organization.

• Field coordination ability with delivery partners and third-party vendors.

• Customer-first mindset for handling delivery complaints or returns.

• Willingness to travel within assigned zones for on-ground operational supervision.
