Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Center Agents – Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who are eager to begin their career in customer service. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with queries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive customer experience via voice-based communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information and support for product/service-related queries.

  • Identify customer needs and provide timely resolutions.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Log customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents appropriately.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

  • Meet daily/weekly call handling targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+2 (High School) qualification; graduation preferred.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

  • Basic computer literacy – able to use CRM tools and input data accurately.

  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to stay calm and courteous during challenging conversations.

  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.


Experience

  • Freshers are welcome.

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is a plus but not required.


Working Hours

  • Rotational Shifts: Morning, Evening, and Night Shifts (depending on process).

  • 6 days a week, 9 hours per shift including 1-hour break.

  • Weekends and public holiday availability may be required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong customer focus with a commitment to resolving issues quickly and effectively.

  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

  • Understanding of call center performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR).
