Job Summary:

SysTechCare Support is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our expanding Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to build a strong foundation in the HR domain. The ideal candidate will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, learn modern hiring strategies, and contribute to the creation of a strong workforce for the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain candidate databases and track applicant flow.

  • Conduct initial HR rounds and explain job roles, responsibilities, and company policies.

  • Manage recruitment documentation and follow-up with selected candidates.

  • Publish job advertisements and maintain company presence across career platforms.

  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.

  • Maintain communication with applicants to keep them updated about hiring stages.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to understand their staffing needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

  • Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment cycle.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.


Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply.

  • Internship or coursework in HR will be an added advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST

  • Flexible work arrangements may be offered based on performance and team requirements.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of modern recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

  • High level of motivation, commitment, and adaptability.

  • Time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn new HR technologies.
