Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our customer operations team as Junior Non-Voice Process Associates. This role is ideal for freshers or early career professionals eager to build a solid foundation in back-office support and online communication roles. As a Non-Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling email, chat, and data entry tasks to support our clients business operations with accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via email, chat, and internal ticketing tools.

  • Enter, verify, and update data accurately in company systems and databases.

  • Perform regular quality checks and flag inconsistencies for resolution.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve queries efficiently.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding client and company information.

  • Follow predefined process workflows and adhere to SOPs and SLAs.

  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks with zero error tolerance.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team/manager when necessary.

  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings for continuous process improvement.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (12th pass) or Graduation.

  • Good typing speed with accuracy (Minimum 30–35 WPM).

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word).

  • Ability to understand and follow processes and instructions clearly.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, if applicable.


Experience

  • 0 to 1 year of experience in a BPO/Non-Voice Process/Data Entry or similar field.

  • Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Full-Time: 5 or 6 days a week based on project.

  • Rotational Shifts (Morning/Evening/Night) or Fixed Shifts as per client requirements.

  • Flexibility for weekends and holidays if required.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of data entry procedures, email etiquette, and CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work in a team or independently.

  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.

  • Open to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
