Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Language Tutor to join our expanding education and learning support division. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about languages, enjoy teaching, and are eager to start a rewarding career in education. As a Trainee Language Tutor, you will assist in delivering language lessons, creating interactive content, and supporting learners in developing their language proficiency under the guidance of senior educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging language lessons (spoken and written).

• Support senior language tutors in classroom and virtual environments.

• Create educational resources including presentations, quizzes, and assignments.

• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Conduct one-on-one practice sessions or group activities to enhance language skills.

• Participate in team training sessions to enhance teaching methodologies.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments.

• Contribute to curriculum development by suggesting innovative content ideas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (or currently pursuing) in English, Linguistics, Education, or any related field.

• Strong command over at least one language (e.g., English, Hindi, Spanish, French, German, etc.).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic understanding of language learning techniques and pedagogy.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).

• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.

Experience

• No prior experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Any prior experience in tutoring, volunteering in educational programs, or internships will be a plus.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours available.

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a one-hour break).

• Occasional weekend sessions based on student needs (compensated or adjusted accordingly).
