Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join our dynamic Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a positive experience through prompt, professional, and empathetic assistance. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals looking to build a rewarding career in customer support within a fast-growing company that values learning, innovation, and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems

  • Provide product and service information to customers and guide them through processes when needed

  • Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments while ensuring proper follow-through

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism in all interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer experience


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Final-year students may also apply)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office and web-based tools

  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others


Experience

  • No prior experience required – full training provided

  • Prior experience in customer service, BPO, or a call center is a plus, but not mandatory

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply


Working Hours

  • Full-time: 5 days a week (rotational shifts)

  • Shift timings: Flexible between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST

  • Weekend availability may be required on a rotational basis

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain courteous under pressure

  • Quick learning and adaptability to new tools and processes

  • Strong listening skills and the ability to handle objections tactfully

  • Time management and organizational skills
