Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our growing Human Resources team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals passionate about HR operations and eager to build a solid foundation in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and administrative support. As a Junior HR Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily HR functions, ensuring efficient processes, up-to-date documentation, and a positive employee experience across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, terminations, and changes in employment status.

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

  • Assist in preparing HR documentation such as employment contracts, offer letters, and performance reports.

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication initiatives.

  • Respond to internal HR queries and provide guidance in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Track and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and probation periods.

  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive employee information.

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and wider HR team.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.


Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.

  • Internship experience in Human Resources will be considered a plus.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible hours may be considered based on business needs)


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and employee lifecycle management.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive problem-solving approach.
