Learn and understand the full range of insurance products offered (life, health, auto, etc.).
Engage potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Identify client needs and offer customized insurance solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.
Participate in product and sales training programs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory guidelines.
Accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation.
Collaborate with the internal team for client onboarding and service resolution.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain persistence.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ethical mindset and high level of integrity.
No prior experience in insurance sales is required.
Fresh graduates or individuals from any industry background are encouraged to apply.
Sales, retail, or customer service experience will be considered a plus.
Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Occasional weekend availability may be required during high-volume sales periods.
