Job Summary

SysTechCare Support is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior National Recruiter to join our growing HR team. This role is ideal for a candidate who is passionate about talent acquisition, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a career in recruitment across multiple regions. As a Junior National Recruiter, you will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring process for roles across various departments nationwide, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand staffing needs across multiple departments and regions.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment drives.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates suitability.

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Maintain candidate databases and track applicant status through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements in alignment with job descriptions and hiring goals.

  • Participate in job fairs, campus outreach, and virtual recruitment events as needed.

  • Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process.

  • Support the onboarding team with documentation and background verification.

  • Generate weekly recruitment reports and maintain recruitment metrics.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both verbal and written.

  • Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and HR best practices.

  • Tech-savvy with familiarity in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.


Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.

  • Internship or academic projects related to talent acquisition will be an added advantage.

  • Fresh graduates with excellent communication and a keen interest in HR are welcome to apply.


Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday

  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

  • Occasional flexibility required for virtual recruitment drives or nationwide coordination across time zones.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of national recruitment trends, diversity hiring, and candidate engagement.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Familiarity with job boards (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Ability to handle confidential data with integrity.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and HR technologies.
